Booking, waiver, refund and liability terms for our park. Each section starts with a one-line summary so you can skim it.

Using this site or visiting the park means you agree to what follows.
These terms apply to hype kidz park clarksville (formerly Xtreme Nasium Trampoline Park), located at 706 E Lewis and Clark Parkway, Clarksville, IN 47129, and to this website. By booking, purchasing, or entering the facility you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any minor in your care.
Bookings are made through our booking provider and are confirmed only when paid.
Jump times, party packages, memberships and gift cards are sold through our third-party booking provider. Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies. Sales tax is applied where required.
A booking is confirmed only when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation. Party packages may require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your final balance.
No signed waiver, no jumping — a parent or guardian signs for minors.
Every participant must have a current signed waiver on file before entering any attraction. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any participant under 18. Minors visiting without a parent must have a waiver signed in advance by their parent or guardian. We may require identification to confirm a waiver.
Tickets are non-refundable but we will reschedule with reasonable notice.
Jump passes are non-refundable. Unused jump time may be rescheduled to another available session within 30 days when you contact us at least 24 hours before your booked time.
Party packages may be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability; deposits are non-refundable. If we must close for weather, maintenance or another reason outside your control, you may reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected booking. Late arrival does not extend a booked session.
Follow the posted rules and our team's instructions, or we may end your visit.
All guests must follow our posted park rules, attraction signage and staff instructions. Grip socks are required. We may refuse entry to, or remove from the facility, any person who behaves unsafely, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, harasses guests or staff, or repeatedly disregards the rules.
Removal for a rules violation does not entitle you to a refund.
Trampoline activity carries real risk of injury, which you accept when you participate.
Trampoline and action-park activities are physically demanding and carry an inherent risk of injury, including serious injury. By participating, you voluntarily accept those risks for yourself and any minor in your care, as set out in full in the waiver you sign.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, our liability arising from your use of the facility is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property; lockers are available and their use is at your own risk.
We sometimes photograph or film in the park and may use those images.
We may photograph or record video in public areas of the facility for safety, promotional and social media use. By entering, you consent to being included in such images and to their use by us without compensation. If you prefer that an image of you or your child not be used, tell a team member or email info@clarksville.hypekidz.comand we will remove it from our channels where reasonably possible. Guests may take personal photos and video, but not commercial recordings without our written permission.
Memberships bill monthly, are personal to the member, and can be cancelled with notice.
- Memberships are personal, non-transferable and require a valid waiver on file.
- Monthly memberships bill automatically on the same day each month until cancelled and may have a stated minimum term at purchase.
- Cancel by contacting us at least 10 days before your next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and paid periods are not refunded pro rata.
- Membership benefits apply during regular open jump hours and may be limited during private events or special sessions.
- We may adjust membership pricing or benefits with at least 30 days' notice to members.
Redeemable in the park, not redeemable for cash, and treat them like cash.
Gift cards may be used toward jump passes, parties and retail purchases at hype kidz park clarksville. They are not redeemable for cash except where Indiana law requires it, cannot be reloaded unless stated at purchase, and are not replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards issued under the Xtreme Nasium Trampoline Park name are honoured at our park.
Indiana law governs these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from them or from your visit will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Indiana. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
