hype kidz park clarksville (formerly Xtreme Nasium Trampoline Park) operates an indoor trampoline and action park at 706 E Lewis and Clark Parkway, Clarksville, IN 47129. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our booking and waiver providers, and in the park, and what we do with it.
Booking details, contact information, waiver data, form submissions and basic site analytics.
- Booking details: the pass or party you reserve, date and time, number of jumpers, and order confirmation information from our booking provider.
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number and, for parties and group events, an organization name.
- Waiver data: the participant details a parent or guardian provides when signing the waiver, including participant names, dates of birth and emergency contact information.
- Inquiry form submissions: anything you send us through the group and party inquiry form on this site.
- Basic site analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the marketing source that referred you to the site.
- In-park records: incident reports where required for safety, and security camera footage of public areas of the facility.
To run your booking, keep the park safe, answer your questions and — only with consent — send you offers.

Card data never touches our systems — payments and waivers are handled by third-party providers.
Ticketing, payment processing and waiver signing are handled by third-party providers on their own platforms. When you check out or sign a waiver you are submitting information directly to that provider under their terms and privacy policy. We never see, store or process full payment card numbers. We receive only confirmation of your booking and the details needed to admit you to the park.
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic.
We use cookies and similar browser storage to remember session preferences (such as dismissing an announcement) and to record the marketing source that referred you so we can measure which campaigns work. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count page views and understand general site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some preferences will not be remembered.

Accounts, bookings, waivers and marketing consent all belong to a parent or legal guardian, who provides any participant information about a child.

Only with the providers who run our booking, waivers, email and analytics — never sold.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — booking and payment platforms, waiver providers, email and SMS senders, and analytics tools — and only as needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the safety of guests and staff.
We keep records only as long as we need them for operations, safety and the law.
Booking and waiver records are retained for the period required by our insurers and applicable Indiana law, which may extend past a participant's eighteenth birthday for minors. Inquiry submissions are kept while we work with you and for a reasonable follow-up period. Marketing contacts are kept until you opt out. Security camera footage is overwritten on a rolling basis unless retained for a specific incident.
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, or ask us to stop sending marketing. Some records, such as signed waivers, must be retained for legal and insurance reasons even after a deletion request.
